Carlin Nalley Foundation Adds a New Twist to the All-Years Reunion
The most recent All-Years reunion took place in 2013 at Benedictine University. In conjunction with the high school administration, AY3 was billed as a two-day event with Friday’s “Alumni Night” at the football game acting as the opener for the weekend. Between games and at halftime all of Lisle’s team, relay, and individual state champions were honored along with the school’s 5 Hall of Fame coaches. Special guests were the members of the 1963 conference championship football team. Lisle’s first football title and the fiftieth anniversary of their accomplishment.
The evening was highlighted by a moving tribute to the 4 former Lions lost while in service to our country as the honor roll was read and taps followed a moment of silence.
Saturday’s All-Year’s reunion was an enormous success as attendance held steady and 8 different classes and groups held reunions in conjunction with the all-years format.
The third successful reunion and another great opportunity for Lisle Alums to re-connect.
