Brief Description of Sub-Committee Responsibilities
As of November 20, 2017 5. Class communication This team will be made up of “key go to people” from each class. Building the attendee list, communicating information, and aiding the “reunions with in the reunion” which will be going on. Key reunions are often on the 5s & 10s (ie; 67 &72) 6. Decorations Covering the six decades will be challenging & fun. This team will be responsible with decorating the main room, bar areas, food areas, stage area, auction areas, and entrance areas. They will also need to make helpful direction signs where needed. 7. Music “Music is the mediator between the spiritual and the sensual life,” Ludwig van Beethoven. This team will be responsible for assembling music representing all years and working with the AV team to assemble the soundtrack of the life of Lisle High School. 9. Food This team will work with the Caterer to make sure the proper mix and quantity of food are set for the duration of the event. 10. Beverages This team will help with the ticket collection and ticket sales for all beverages served during the reunion. 11. Promotion Two thirds of promotion is motion. Using social media, phone, or mail this team will work class communicators and other teams to get the word out about the reunion and surrounding events. 12. Lisle Alumni RockFest Lisle has been blessed with so many talented musicians from day one it would be remiss not to honor them with a stage of their own Saturday October 7, 2017 afternoon. This team will be responsible for; setting guidelines, setting the venue, reaching out to musicians, promoting the event, and executing the RockFest. 16. AV This team will handle all pre-production & site production needs for the event including; sound, programing music, producing era video pieces. This would include working with the archival team, writing a script, editing, delivering final production, designing and setting up the equipment in the room. 17. Archival To cover the 60-year history of Lisle images, videos, and information is required to paint the picture. This team will work with the AV team, class communication team, and research via internet and other archival retrieval methods.
